Full-time Postions Available:
CNC Lathe Programmer
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Create and maintain set-up sheets, programs using Crib Master, inspection procedures and all related documentation on turning machine tools.
- Work closely with Engineering and manufacturing.
- Uses blueprints and design sketches to ensure the proper dimensions and tolerance levels of the finished product.
- Perform a variety of tasks.
Candidates should possess the following:
- 5+ years machining experience
- Experience in CNC programming and using Master-Cam software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enviroment with minimum supervision as well as work well with others.
- Must be detailed oriented, flexible and reliable.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is a must.
Education requirements:
CNC Horizontal Milling Set-up/Operator
Responsibilites include but not limited to:
- Set-up and maintain production and quality on precision machined parts on milling machine tools.
- Operating multiple machines when required, program editing and troubleshooting tooling, feeds and speeds.
- Uses blueprints and design sketches to ensure the proper dimensions and tolerance levels of the finished product
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Works under general supervision.
Candidates should possess the following:
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Must be detailed oriented, flexible and reliable.
Education requirements:
Estimator
Responsibilites include but not limited to:
- Review customer supplied drawings and assembly packages
- Will be required to spec and obtain pricing for material, hardware and any other requirements needed to make a complete part or full assembly.
- Read and understand machining and assembly drawings in order to map out routing req. and enter into quoting software. (Please review our website for a full list of maching capabilities and materials)
- Create and maintain material records for long running customer requirements.
- Processing ECO's for customer changes will also be included in daily tasks.
- Follow-up costing/evaluation of jobs that run thorugh the shop.
Candidates should possess the following:
- Must have a background with CNC Milling, Turning & Screw Machines practices.
- Basic knowledge of Windows based proograms.
- Must be able to read and understand basic blueprints in order to put together step by step instructions for maching operators.
- Detail oriented, flexible and reliable.
- Strong PC skills in order to pickup Windows based MRP system (JobBoss Software System).
- Ability to effectively work in fast paced enviroment with a constructive, teamwork attitude.
